Warm Up based on Gymnastic Elements type of drills


The Gymnastic Elements Warm-Up module provides a series of dynamic and playful exercises designed to prepare athletes for TeamGym and gymnastics training. These drills combine jumping, animal-inspired movements, and controlled body positions that develop coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength in a fun and effective way.

The module includes exercises such as two-foot jumps, bunny hops, bear runs, squat jumps, and single-leg variations, each focusing on building posture, stability, and explosive power. Together, they form a complete warm-up that not only activates muscles but also introduces athletes to movement patterns used later in acrobatics, jumps, and choreography.
