BLOCK-IN PROJECT - Digital training booklet

The aim of the project is to increase the capacity of volleyball-specific muscle and joint groups from the moment young volleyball players start playing volleyball. Drill and training formats that will be developed by experts and coaches for this purpose will be a strong foundation for children's volleyball careers. Because volleyball is a sports branch with a very high injury rate and causes posture disorder when it works uniformly.

Below we have collected training videos for different injury prevention drills, grouped by the aim of the drill (warm-up, strength, mobility, flexibility and cool down) and different parts of the body, like ankle, knee, shoulder, wrist and fingers, back and shoulders.
