The project “Sustainability Managers @ School” is made possible by the financial support of Erasmus+ and the collaboration of 5 partners: Euphoria Net (Italy), Formethic (France), Logopsycom (Belgium), Smart Nest (Latvia) and Europe for You (Czech Republic). The partners are all experts in Corporate Social Responsibility and creation of educational tools. In the project, we are going to create a benchmark analysis and materiality report to base our work on a genuine analysis, incorporating the real needs of schools; an e-learning to prepare teachers regarding sustainability and what it really means in practice; last but not least, a model and toolkit to develop a sustainable strategy at school level.

The partners were motivated to take action and develop contents, tools, and strategies to foster an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive behavior, and a non-conformist spirit among entry-level secondary school students aged 11 to 13. The primary focus is on empowering students to take personal action in their daily lives and extend their influence beyond the school setting. Students will serve as role models and actively promote entrepreneurial, creative, and critical thinking within their social networks, including family and friends. Teachers and school leaders will also be involved and equipped with proactive tools to promote entrepreneurship and personal empowerment within the school environment, redefining their roles and assuming more responsibility for students' attitudes and behaviors. The project aims to integrate the toolkit into the school curriculum as a transversal subject for future students. Additionally, families will be engaged to raise self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit in students, while the dissemination program will target both families and the general public.

The project's main goal is to promote European traditional games by organizing them based on different seasons, encouraging children to participate in physical activities while offering enjoyable alternatives rooted in cultural heritage. With traditional games being widely shared among the project partners, this initiative aims to make them accessible to various communities. In today's society, children's opportunities for exercise have become limited due to factors like reduced playgrounds, safety concerns, and the allure of virtual games. This project intends to combat these challenges by introducing children to traditional games from partner countries, providing diverse physical activity options suitable for different climate zones. By revitalizing and sharing these traditional games, the project contributes to the broader objective of fostering active and healthy lifestyles, as advocated by the European Union.
