Warm-up and Coordination Exercises (30 min)
Athletes become mutual partners. They play overhand pass against each other. They play continuously until the coach blows the whistle, after the whistle the other side runs away without being hit.

Learning New Skills (40mins)
Holds the ball in the underhand pass position after it is thrown in the air and hits the ground
Throws the ball in the air, keeps the ball from bouncing in the underhand pass position
Throws the ball in the air and controls it in the underhand pass position
He throws the ball in the air, hits it with the cuff underhand pass and then controls it.
The athletes pass the ball back and forth, one throwing the ball, the other controlling it with the underhand pass, and so on.
Pair up, throw the ball and play underhand pass against each other
Play underhand pass against each other continuously until the ball is dropped
Control underhand pass - overhand pass practice
Cool Down (10mins)
Three pass game (Match is made by making three passes with only underhand pass - overhand pass).
