A player waits across the net. The player serves underhand, the opposite player controls the underhand pass and passes the ball across with a finger pass.
Serve underneath. Number 1 passes to number 2, who passes to number 2, who passes to number 3 with an overhand pass.
Service:
Whichever foot the athlete uses, he/she takes the opposite foot forward, throws the ball into the air with one or both hands so that the ball does not spin and tries to put it into the coordination circle 1 step in front of him/her.
The float kick technique is demonstrated and the athlete is asked to show the correct kick by holding the ball tightly in front of him/her.
The athlete is expected to serve first from 3 meters and then from 6 and 9 meters respectively without any help (the accuracy of the ball and the place where it hits should be observed)
Cool Down (10mins)
The cases are placed on two courts, 1 and 5, and the players are asked to hit the cases with a float serve, the team that hits 5 first wins the series
