Mutual ball warm-up
Two athletes try to throw the ball to their friend's head level with float kicks, while the receiving athlete performs a float kick after controlling the ball with an overhand pass
Learning New Skills (40 min.)
Serve in the background (zones 1,6,5) with underhand serve
The Game: The players are divided into two groups and move to the service zone. They try to ignore the objects placed in certain places on the court by the player on the opposite team. The player on the opposite team also tries to collect the objects without touching the serves.
Players pick up their balls and serve under the wall, trying to get an underhand pass - overhand pass.
To improve their underhand serve technique, players throw the ball up in the air with their non-serving hand and let it fall straight down. They can use the lines as a reference.
Jump float serve technique is demonstrated, float serve stepping is practiced using coordination circle.
Unassisted jump float serve is requested as the last phase.
Players move to the service line and try to cross serve and parallel serve to the designated places on the opposite court.
Cooling Phase (10 min.)
Boxes are placed in the designated areas on the field, the athlete who hits 10 times finishes the training
