Mutual ball warm-up
Passing drill: two athletes in the zone 2 and 4, all other athletes enter at number 6 and announce their positions and control the ball coming from 2 or 4 and throw it in the opposite direction (4 if it comes from 2) and after throwing it, they move to the place in the throwing zone and send the incoming ball to the athlete entering the court, when the drill progresses, the athletes hit the athlete entering the court with a spike placement.
Learning New Skills (35 min.)
Practicing triple foot rhythm without ball (Spike stepping)
Stepping techniques and arm swing and arm pulls are practiced slowly in the regions of the steps created using the coordination circle

The hoops are raised and a tennis ball is given to the athletes' batting arms, after stepping and arm pulls, they jump and throw the tennis ball towards the ground by doing a wrist movement while at the top
To reinforce the timing, the athlete spikes his/her own thrown ball from all parts of the court.
Cool Down (10mins)
A spin-win game is played, the ball is thrown as a second pass and a spike is made according to the level of development.
