Players practicing finger pass between zone 2 and 3. Coach throws advantage ball to athletes

Mutual finger pass at the net. After the overhand pass, the player moves to the back of the line of his/her own group.

At the net the athletes are placed in 4 zones, number 1 throws to number 2, number 2 throws to number 3 and finally number 4 throws to number 4. Each player moves to the next number

*Athletes are divided into groups of two:

The volleyball court is divided vertically into 3 separate courts. Athletes start the practice at the 3 meter line. One team makes 3 overhand passes among themselves and sends the ball towards the 3 meter line of the opposite court, again with a finger pass. Meanwhile, the other team players must touch the service line and come to the starting point and catch the ball without dropping it. This exercise can be used for both finger passing and conditioning purposes.

Cool Down

Cool Down (10mins)

Athletes pair up in pairs and are asked to play overhand pass. The coach has cards in his/her hand and the athletes choose one card from the coach.  They make overhand passes as many times as the number written on the card. When the number on the card is completed, the other athlete chooses a card from the coach. The game continues in this way. The game ends when the cards in the coach's hand are completed.
